TERMS & CONDITIONS
MJVINTAGE LTD sells Grade A second hand clothing (please refer to our Sizing / Condition page for more information on Grade A clothing).
To ensure compliance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, all of our garments are professionally laundered and passed through a strict quality assurance process. Our garments are measured to establish an accurate representation of the item's current size. For more information on sizing, please refer to our Sizing / Condition page.
We ensure that all garments are of satisfactory quality, are fit for purpose and are as described. Garments with minor fading, fabric wear and distressing are expected. A customer has the right to return an item if it is received faulty or damaged.
We sell mystery boxes where the garments are chosen by MJVintage at random for our customers and we do our best to meet your style expectations.
The cost of returning non-faulty goods is the customer's responsibility.
Sizing. Where all of our clothing is second hand (vintage), we do find that garments may have lost their size tag or been shrunk or stretched over the years so no longer fit true to their tagged size. To combat this, our team of curators measure every single top and allocate a "fits as" size.
Our leg-wear is sized based on the original tagged size, which can be found on either the back tab (Levi's) or the inner care label.
When placing an order, we recommend that you size up for a comfortable fit.
Condition. We strictly supply Grade A vintage only. Grade A vintage is expected to show signs of age, such as minor fading, fabric wear and distressing.
All of our garments are professionally laundered and then passed through a strict quality assurance process, which involves authentication, condition check and sizing, before being picked and packed for orders.
As you know, all our mystery boxes are hand picked and curated individually and are not pre-packed, meaning dispatch time takes a little longer to ensure we create the perfect assortment of vintage for you, so:
Domestic - 5-10 working days*
*our larger orders (I.E the premium vintage mystery box or multiple box orders) will take longer to put together due to the fact that there are more items to curate. Please allow up to 14 working days.
European shipping - 1-4 weeks
Rest of world shipping - 2-5 weeks
(Import duty fees and taxes for international orders may be required at your destination country, the buyer is responsible for this.)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. These are part of your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day. The 14 day cancellation period starts the day after you, or a person identified by you to take possession, receive the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this
contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your
decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial
transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees
as a result of the reimbursement.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
