Where do you get your items from?

We source our items from all over the world. The majority of our stock are one off items and will be shipped in their original vintage form. 

Will my order come in a box?

Some orders do not go out in boxes due to logistics however if it is a requirement you can leave a note on your order during checkout and we will dispatch in a box at no extra charge :)

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped using a Royal Mail service, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 days but please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods. Please note orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Will you deliver to my University address?

Yes we do deliver to university addresses. Please ensure you have entered the correct information such as; room number, name of residency hall, building, block or department.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you're out when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. dThis will give you details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Can you guarantee specific products in my mystery box?

We do not guarantee any specific item in our mystery boxes since that would defeat the purpose of the "Mystery" Element of the product. However you can leave a note on your order to specify things you don't like e.g "I don't like the colour red" and we will do our best to factor this into your order.
